Overview In this role you will lead a large new build residential project in Oxford, guiding it from inception through completion. You will collaborate with site teams to deliver over 100 units across RC frame blocks and traditional houses, while upholding safety and technical excellence. Responsibilities - oversee a large new build residential project from inception to completion
- manage RC frame and traditional build elements on site
- lead and motivate site teams to maintain momentum and quality
- enforce health and safety standards across the project
- coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to hit milestones and deadlines
- monitor progress, risks, and quality to ensure on-time delivery
Key requirements - track record with a reputable housebuilder as a Project Manager
- experience from inception through completion on residential projects
- RC frame and traditional build experience
- strong team leadership and motivation of site teams
- excellent technical knowledge
- good longevity with previous employers
- health & safety conscious
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- able to commute to Oxford daily
